the location was acceptable, just a few minutes from the city center.
Very uncomfortable pillows were provided and the matras was not great. the temperature in the room was too hot despite the ac. It seemed to have an auto off mode. a morning wake-up was very unpleasant because of no soundproof doors..

Our privilege room city view was clean and spacious. the bed was great size, and i loved the big shower! breakfast was inclusive, very convenient. Close parking was an additional bonus.
Tea and coffee were not neatly stacked, and there was not enough tea, coffee and sugar provided. The tray was stained.

The hotel is great location! it is easily accessible from the central train station. there are numerous bus options right outside the hotel. They go directly to the main station.

Breakfast was great and all inclusive! we especially liked the variety and quality. there are several restaurants nearby. This made dining out very convenient, though the hotel restaurant was a treat itself.

ineffective air conditioningawkward soap dispenser
The air conditioning in my superior double room wasn't effective, and that was quite frustrating (especially since i had hoped to get some work done). the room became uncomfortably warm. i also found the hand soap dispenser oddly placed. It was a bit of a stretch to reach from the sink. these things certainly detracted from what could have been a better stay.

The room was a good size. It was clean and featured air conditioning. The shower was huge and I appreciated that the location was fantastic.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress was not great. The surroundings were noisy with a busy main road even at night.
