uneven stay with some issues

the hotel staff was fine and the evening meal tasted good.
my room felt too warm, it lacked proper air conditioning. they gave me a fan, this did not help much. all night i heard a repetitive ticking sound, i find it so annoying and i hardly slept. breakfast cost to much considering the quality.

The staff were lovely and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). The family room was very spacious with plenty of light. it had direct access to a private patio. I found a nice selection of board games available at reception for entertainment.
The room lacked air conditioning, so it was hard to regulate the temperature. A fan helped but air conditioning would significantly improve comfort, especially during warmer months.
