“I like that this hotel sits right in the heart of Alton, close to the Jane Austen's House Museum, and also welcomes pets. The karaoke nights could be a drawback if you are noise-sensitive, although, I appreciate the on-site bar and the food; the ribs are noteworthy, along with a good selection of real ales. I think the lack of dedicated parking is the only real inconvenience, but there's a public car park nearby.”
