central location plentiful parking helpful communication tasteful decoration

the location was very central and convenient for exploring nearby areas. i found parking plentiful and easy to access. check-in communication was thorough and helpful. the room itself was comfortable with tasteful decorations.

i found that the volume on the tv was limited so i couldn't hear it properly from the bed

the hotel enjoys a perfect location in the town centre close to paths and the town square. a convenience store is also nearby for any immediate needs. the building itself is beautiful adding to the appeal.

the automated check-in system was simple. it made arrival and access easy. the room was very tidy. shampoo and conditioner were available in the spacious bathroom.

my room offered a large bathroom. it had a modern shower room. the room overlooked a garden. keycards provided easy access to both the hotel and the room.

heating problem cracked mug

The bathroom was lovely with a nice shower and well decorated. It's certainly top class. the bed was acceptable.

The room got far too hot, and i found it difficult to adjust the heating. Only one window actually opened. there is no door to the main bedroom, so early risers wake everyone else. curtains don't block enough light, a cracked mug was provided, and the kitchen sink lacked a plug for washing up.

dirty mugs insufficient supply

the location was central. it was easy to reach nearby places.

check-in was not smooth. i encountered a problem with the dirty mugs in the room, suggesting they weren't cleaned after the previous occupants. the supply of tea and coffee was also insufficient. only two out of three windows could open slightly and the room was hot.

the twin room was very spacious and clean. the private parking was useful since i had a car.
