the location is quite convenient it is only minutes from the seafront. there are also local shops and cafés nearby. the team was approachable they were quick to help with any questions i had.

the towels provided were too small . there were no mirrors over the sinks in the shower rooms. some toilets lacked paper or hand soap as well.

the staff were friendly and very helpful. the room and bathroom were super clean! i really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. i will definitely be returning.

the towels were too small. i also noticed there were no mirrors over the sinks in the shower rooms. i think more attention could be given to providing adequate amenities.

The radiator in my room didn't work. It was FREEZING. i complained, but nothing changed. i had to sleep in my coat! what a joke.

i found the staff really lovely and always available to help i was exploring so the location was perfect with easy access to the seafront and local attractions the room was clean and comfy providing excellent value for money i would definitely stay again

shared bathroom facilities were not cleaned every day i also noticed that some sinks only had cold running water available at all times some toilets were without toilet paper or hand soap
