superb stay
designer care relaxing shampoo convenient tram
the hotel features creatively furnished rooms with original designer care. i found the branded hox shampoo and soap particularly relaxing. i appreciated the t2 tram from the airport, costing only 1.70 euros. it brought me within a short walk of the hotel.
the lack of a coffee machine in the room was a minor inconvenience. i believe this should be standard for newer hotels. it would enhance the overall experience.

staff at the reception assisted with taxis and reservations efficiently. they were always happy to greet guests. the restaurant staff provided prompt service. every request seemed to be met with a smile and willingness to help.

the staff provided excellent service. the room included a comfortable bed and premium bedding. the hotel's location provides convenient access to the city center while remaining away from busy streets.
the bathroom door did not close without significant effort.

Stylish stay in a quiet location
helpful staff local transportation comfortable bed
I found the staff helpful and kind. they assisted me with museum tickets and provided useful information about local transportation. the courtyard was good. I enjoyed evening cocktails in the relaxing atmosphere. the bed in my room was very comfortable ensuring a restful night.
the air conditioning unit in my room seemed somewhat ineffective. the temperature was higher than preferred. i was unable to open the windows because of mosquitoes.

Decent stay, some issues noted.
room design spacious room helpful staff requested servicing key card remote location
I found the room design quite nice. The room was spacious and airy. The hotel restaurant was a great place for a meal. All the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
I wasn't aware that room servicing had to be specifically requested. This seemed odd. I noticed the key card system was a bit troublesome. The hotel's location is a solid walk from main attractions.

the staff were friendly and helpful. my room had a nice funky atmosphere. the outdoor bar was great (i spent most evenings there).
the key card system was a bit troublesome. i found no coffee machine in the room. i also noticed some cracked shower tiles.

the room was very clean. it had pastel colors i found lovely. i also like their cozy restaurant in an inner courtyard.
the room did not have much storage. the pillows were not very fluffy.
