i found the resort quite spacious. it offered a really lush, green atmosphere that seemed like a hidden oasis. the multiple pools were perfect because there were separate areas for both kids and adults.

I had to request housekeeping daily, despite putting the 'make up room' sign outside by 10 a.m. most days, the room was not cleaned without my follow-up. the room service ended at 10 p.m. It was underwhelming. there was no option to order food by the pool, which limited the experience.
