the architecture features a pool view. the hotel provides a shuttle service to popular locations which i found convenient. the hotel offers necessary facilities, including a kitchen, washing machine and microwave in the room. breakfast had a good variety of options.
Dining options are somewhat limited around the immediate neighborhood. A bit more variety would be beneficial.

The room was spacious and clean. floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample light, and the mattress offered excellent support for a good night's sleep. Also the bathroom included a large modern bath perfect.

The hotel features a swimming pool. i found the gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout. there's also a restaurant on the ground floor near the breakfast area. Though the wifi signal was unreliable there, it was good elsewhere.

the staff were polite. the front desk was helpful, and the team sent desserts to my room . a one-way shuttle service is a great plus.

i found the staff attentive. the bell boy at the front was helpful. nong may gave good advice. the rooms were clean and spacious. the swimming pool looked beautiful. i really liked that there was a sauna room.
the pillows were stiff and had synthetic filling. i was sweating even with aircon. the fridge freezer compartment was iced. dish sets in the kitchen were not complete. there were no knives.

The staff in the restaurant gave attention to filling the food. I found very good recommendations for food. May carry a million dollar smile, Pe, Beam, Papong Chun, and Poppy showed extreme hospitality at the restaurant. I find the services was excellent and the staff are friendly.
I had a slightly negative experience with the pillows because they were stiff and made of synthetic filling.

The kitchen staff pays attention to filling the food was nice, and the breakfast includes various options, although some may find the selection ordinary. Somchai, Khiaw, and Tae are restaurant staff members to remember.

The hotel provides transfer to key points. I noted the beautiful pool with good service. This location is wonderfully set in the center of the city so all attractions and activities are within walking distance.

The room is very spacious and offers a bright environment with natural light. Sofas in both the room and lobby are comfortable. A washing machine in the room was a big factor in staying at this hotel.

The room offered a washing machine, a HUGE convenience. The TV allowed me to watch EURO football cup games. Staff members, particularly May, Pe, and Nana from the coffee shop, WERE helpful and attentive. I appreciated their EXCELLENT service.
The breakfast area was TOO hot. I felt the temperature management was not sufficient.

The hotel boasts an EXCELLENT location with easy access to various destinations , and it's conveniently close to key attractions. you'll find a 7-Eleven store right at the doorstep. there is mini BigC nearby.

I found the facilities to be Very nice, encompassing aspects like cleanliness. The rooms feature a washing machine, microwave, and comfortable bedding. The hotel has a NICE pool, a gym and a sauna, all available for the guests.

The hotel staff ALL were polite and eager to offer service, consistently smiling. I am REALLY happy with the level of professionalism shown by staff members, including Koong, Focus and Zang. They all provided very nice service.

i liked that my beautiful double room was very clean. breakfast included pizza and juice which was a nice touch. the staff were really smiling and seemed lovely.
the mattress was too soft and felt a bit worn. i found out the sauna was never hot. i was told it could only be turned on for 15 minutes for safety, so it stayed cold. the pool depth is only 1 meters.

the staff were superb. i found a tv, a washing machine and a fridge in the room. a kettle and ironing board were also present, and i did appreciate having a hairdryer.
the breakfast area was quite hot. temperature management was needed there.
