The staff were helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries. my room was clean, and the daily replenishment of water, tea, and coffee was a welcome touch. i found the location quite convenient, especially with nearby restaurants and shops. i felt safe during my entire stay, something that's important when traveling alone.

the street noise at night was a bit louder than i preferred, though it did eventually quiet down later in the night.

the room included a kettle and coffee. two bottles of water daily. fresh towels were provided each day. daily cleaning. the balcony overlooked a street.
