The breakfast rooms had a spacious layout with an option for outside dining overlooking the pool area.

The room was NOT very soundproof. I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, especially early in the morning. This made it difficult to sleep in or take naps, impacting my overall rest.

the receptionist was very helpful! they assisted with a special request i made from abroad and were very kind. the pool area had sun all day, a great feature. the rooms included all amenities i needed for a comfortable visit.

the tv volume did not work very well.

the hotel has a large pool with many available loungers. a separate pool area caters to children, it includes a playground. the room featured complimentary coffee, tea, and water, it was very convenient.

i experienced a chemical smell in my room one day. i contacted the reception desk, but there was no immediate investigation or response.

Staff ensured good behaviour around the pool. The front desk was helpful. a man named tong provided excellent assistance , he helped with dining suggestions and accommodated our breakfast needs on our departure day.

the location was acceptable. it was close enough to the places i wanted to visit.

The room was not up to par. i found strands of hair in the bathroom, disgusting! the housekeeping clearly missed spots. It was disruptive and made it difficult to sleep past 7 am!!!
