I stayed in a Grand Beautiful King room and it was spacious. The king-sized bed provided excellent comfort. The included kitchenette had useful appliances.

The rooms are spacious and super clean, with good decor and crisp bed sheets. A washing machine and kitchenette are included, proving highly useful. There is window-side seating, that functions as an extra bed. The hotel provided lots of bathroom essentials, and they smelled lovely.

The hotel is not situated directly on the main road, requiring a short walk.

The hotel is situated a short distance from a 7-Eleven. The hotel is also conveniently close to both central and terminal 21 malls. Getting around is easy using taxis.

The staff are warm and cooperative. I particularly appreciated the kindness of Ms. Plai in the restaurant. Reception staff were also very helpful. Their quick solutions to any request elevate the comfort.
