perfect welcome excellent service toilet smell inside bathrooms
the welcome from the staff was perfect. i loved the excellent service i received. the breakfast was very good, though i wish there were more vegetarian choices.
the bathrooms are inside the rooms. sometimes i could smell the toilet in my room. this was unpleasant and impacted my stay.

Really good service and lovely experiences

attentive staff friendly staff helpful staff
I felt at home in the VIP room Big Fish. Lina returned my son's backpack the next morning. I appreciated her attentiveness. Lyn always treats us politely. She welcomes us with a smile. The front desk staff including Yo, Maya, Nuy and Nan were super helpful assisting me with future bookings.
The opening of the large pool was postponed several times. I did not receive information about this at check-in.

The location is perfect, with easy access to Terminal 21 and nightlife destinations. Its central position allows quick commutes to important places. It enhanced my travel experience significantly. I loved the spot.

The staff provided friendly and accommodating service, addressing my requests. Leena remembered my order and ensured i had drinks the whole night! The team on level 6 at the restaurant treated me very well every day.

The location was great with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar offered beautiful views. The front desk helped me arrange a room on the same floor as my friend. The staff at Big Fish, including Lyn, Aee, and Waen, were very attentive.
The room could have used some attention as some fixtures show wear.
