The staff was cute. Housekeeping provided service almost all day. I found the pool and breakfast to be really good! I enjoyed the prime location near the city center (everything is so accessible).
The gym had a few pieces of dated equipment.

The breakfast included a reasonable number of items. I liked the fresh fruit selection and the made-to-order omelets (the chef was very attentive!). There were many options to choose from each morning.

The swimming pool offered clean water and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is near many restaurants, shopping malls like Central and Ripley's Believe It or Not. It is also a walkable distance to Walking Street (about 15-20 minutes).
