The location was very convenient. i enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning. It included a full english option. the staff was approachable and always available to assist with requests.
The bathroom fixtures was quite outdated. The shower had low water pressure. the bedroom walls had some noticeable marks, i also saw chipped paint. lighting was kept off on timers, hard to read in bed.

The room was pretty worn. There were marks all over the carpet, and the walls needed serious attention. The bathroom was VERY old. The room needs a complete refurbishment. ESPECIALLY the bathroom. It's NOT a four-star experience.

picturesque gardenquirky decoramazing staff
i found the gardens to be picturesque and the location convenient. the decor of the hotel was quirky, it felt just like home. breakfast was also perfect, it offered a great start to each day. the staff were amazing, i felt welcomed at every turn!!!
i noticed that some carpets in the room showed a bit of wear.

the double room featured comfortable beds and a good view. it was clean and included all necessary amenities. the room provided a restful and private space.

the hotel offered free tea and coffee throughout the day, a lovely touch. a games room was also available to guests. the garden was particularly beautiful, a perfect spot for relaxation.
