the double ensuite room was a good size. the wardrobe space was ample for my needs. breakfast included a full english option. the ingredients tasted fresh and were well-prepared. parking was available on site. this made access very easy. staff were always helpful and friendly.

hot water was not readily available in the shower. it took a long time to get warm. the radiator in the room was not adjustable. this made it difficult to regulate the room temperature. i could hear traffic noise from the street.

The room and bathroom were very clean I found the decor nice. The breakfast included a well-cooked full English option with quality ingredients. The location allows for easy access to nearby dining options I noticed. Communication from the staff about bed preferences was excellent too.

Hot water availability in the shower was not ideal I found.

The room was spacious and very clean. I noticed the crisp bed linen. the thick fluffy towels. Breakfast offered white linen on the table. Staff members were helpful and also friendly. The location is very close to shops plus restaurants.

The hot water in the shower was only tepid.

The room was very clean and had everything needed. Breakfast included a great vegetarian option. Parking was available, helpful near London (a big plus!).

Hot water was an issue. The shower only produced tepid water. This made showering difficult and wasn't very comfortable. This was a real letdown (especially in the morning!).
