The location was close to the seafront and the pier. That was convenient.
the room was tiny even though i paid for a larger one. the sink was right next to the bed and not in the bathroom. the electric shower only gave either hot or ice-cold water... how unhelpful!

a good seaside retreat

i received a warm welcome upon arrival. the breakfast included a variety of well-prepared options, AMAZING!!! the location is very close to the beach, only about a 5 minute walk. the room was super clean.
the shower temperature was inconsistent. it alternated between hot and cold. this made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

the hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the seafront and the pier. this makes it very easy to access many local attractions. there is also a bus stop nearby providing easy access to other destinations.

a lovely stay by the sea

Nick and family are great people! they were kind. the location is great. it is near the sea. free parking was available outside the hotel. This was a welcome bonus, i feel. our room was well heated. the tea and coffee tray was very well stocked.
The rules were told so quickly. i was like i was an inconvenience. there was no smile to welcome me. I did not like that

Free street parking is available. there is a breakfast room. it is clean with bright light and cheerful decorations. I really liked the free access to tea, coffee, and fruit juices in a buffet style setup.

Nick is cute and very friendly! he explained about the room where breakfast is served and about selecting cooked breakfast choices the night before. i felt that the information pack was very comprehensive. It was one of the best i have come across in my travels.

i stayed in room 6! it had a sea view and i could watch people enjoying the seafront. breakfast was delicious!!! i had a great time chatting with nick in the mornings. everything was thoughtfully arranged!!!

the family room was excellent. breakfast was very good.
the check in process felt unnecessarily complicated. i was told to ensure children have been checked in by calling the hotel in advance, inconvenient. curtain rods were also loose.
