upgraded room tropical fruits convenient location

the staff provided an upgraded room upon arrival! there were also various tropical fruits available, including guava, pineapple, dragon fruit and a coconut pumpkin treat. the location is very convenient, next to the royal palace and the river front. national museum is within walking distance.

The carpets outside the rooms needed vacuuming. There was a plate outside one room that remained there for three days even after informing reception.

old bathroom poor maintenance

the bathroom definitely showed its age. there was this peculiar shower setup over a tub plus the curtain seemed like it hadn't seen a proper cleaning in ages. it was far from the super clean experience i hoped for and the lack of maintenance was hard to ignore.

the room i got was far from a 4-star experience.. it was a superior double room, but felt cramped. the bathroom seemed old, just like the rest of the hotel. i found the cleanliness lacking and the pool was tiny and the wooden loungers looked like they were falling apart..

The rooftop pool had great views. breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and varied. It had both western and asian options. the front desk staff was helpful, especially with directions.

the location was very convenient it was close to many attractions. the rooftop pool was also nice it was pleasant.

the room i had was a bit outdated the furniture showed some wear. also the breakfast service was slow at times getting a coffee took longer than expected.

Excellent Stay near Royal Palace

great location efficient check-in

I enjoyed the hotel's location. It is near the Royal Palace and Sisowath Quay. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff was polite. Breakfast had many options, and I especially liked the rooftop setting (it gives a lovely start to the day!).

The hotel is a bit older. The gym is small and equipment limited.
