the staff was helpful everytime i needed them.

i had some trouble with the room service. things on the menu weren't available and the pictures looked nothing like the food. i asked for ice cream, and the waitress said they don't have it.

The breakfast included ample choices!!! I enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The toilet was separate. The staff were nice and helpful, and I found a large sports bar very close.

Hot water took a while to come through the tap.

The staff facilitated everything with ease. I always felt relaxed. They stored my bags for a week. They also organized airport transfers and booked ferry tickets. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and included excellent showers.

The staff were very polite. They helped me with everything. The breakfast had many options for vegetarians. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked fine. the pool looked clean.

The hotel entrance had bikes parked everywhere. It was hard to get in.
