the location was acceptable.
i asked for a high room, but i got the second floor with a view of a wall. housekeeping didn't clean the room one day. when they did clean the next day, they left the patio door open, so my room was full of mosquitos.

The room was nice and big. It was very nice and neat. I really liked the city and riverfront view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The rooftop pool was a really great feature. I enjoyed the barmaid and her excellent cocktails. The location was so central and a quick ride to main attractions by tuktuk.
The shower drainage could be better. Water tended to leak to toilet area.

The hotel is close to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. It takes only 6 or 7 minutes by tuk-tuk to get to the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. The location is good for easy access to main city attractions.

The room included both a bathrobe and slippers. A toiletry set was provided. Daily cleaning and linen changes are done by the housekeeping staff. I found the room modern, spacious, and clean with comfortable furniture.

The hotel features a rooftop pool with a sky-bar. An excellent restaurant can be found on the floor below the rooftop. The pool area had excellent views. I consider them magical with city view.

i found my room very spacious, offering ample shelves perfect for clothes.. the bathroom included a bathtub. the hotel's location is near many points of interest, like the royal palace and street 240. it's also an easy walk to the national museum.
i noticed breakfast service could be improved. i prefer meat-free options.

The staff were fantastic. they were friendly, kind, and informative. i had the most contact with sam. Any hotel would be lucky to have him on staff, and i also have to mention sun and kim, who are both excellent.

the hotel features a rooftop infinity swimming pool. i observed beautiful khmer exhibits, art work and artefacts within the reception areas and dining room. the hotel is stylish, modern, and classy, prioritizing comfort and cleanliness.
