I stayed at a stylish urban resort. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff provided excellent service! I especially appreciated the room upgrade. I swam in the rooftop pool one evening. The view was great and very refreshing.

The bar fridge in my beautiful double room did not get very cold. This was inconvenient. I also noticed an unusual smell coming from the bathroom area. I notified reception about the smell. The situation didn't change .

The noise from nearby bars was disruptive during the first nights. It reminded me of the music was inside my room. the hotel attempted to address the issue, but the noise persisted especially on weekends. this affected sleep quality.

The noise at night was quite bad from nearby bars. Room insulation was nonexistent and internet connectivity was spotty. I also found it odd that I was asked to pay for water at the pool, while it was free at the reception.
