friendly staffrooftop pool
the staff was friendly, and they accommodated my requests! the rooftop pool provided a great view of the surroundings. i also appreciated the fresh fruit at breakfast, though.

The breakfast offered a delicious selection. The rooftop pool provided panoramic views. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist guests.
This noise was noticeable every time it reached a floor. the hotel was very noisy! I could clearly hear conversations from other rooms.

rooftop poolpoor cleaning
the rooftop pool area was a definite plus. the views were decent.
I found the room cleaning to be lacking. It wasn't thoroughly done. my teacups and glasses weren't washed properly and they rinsed them under the tap in my bathroom before putting them back. this was disappointing, to say the least
