The room was clean. The design and decor were very nice. Kalsang, the porter, was excellent upon check out. He arranged our taxi to La Guardia and carefully took our bags.
I called for parking information and received incorrect information, which resulted in higher charges. The pool, included in the resort fee, was not open during our entire stay. Fire alarms went off all night, which terrified my kids.

The location was convenient to the subway. It was less than a minute away. the restaurant served good food, though it was a bit busy. the room was clean and had everything i needed.
i often waited more than five minutes. some staff at the pool seemed rude. the drinks were also expensive. I paid $574 for 3 margaritas and 7 shots!
