Excellent Stay with Skyline Views
quick check-in friendly staff complimentary passes comfortable bed
The check-in process was quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. I received complimentary passes for bike rentals. The hotel gave me macarons and canned alcoholic drinks in my room for my birthday. The bed was comfortable.
The standard rooms are small. Opening luggage can be difficult.

slow elevators damaged blinds
the elevators were slow. the staff also used them. there should be a dedicated staff elevator to improve guest experience. also, the room felt a little cramped. it was not ideal for a stay of my length. the storage was inadequate, and blinds were damaged, quite frustrating.

Fantastic stay at a perfect location spot!
smart design downstairs bar
The hotel features a sink separate from the main washroom. That detail was super convenient. The design of the building impressed me. I loved the downstairs bar along with the restaurant and lounge found upstairs.

good location friendly staff small room little storage
the hotel location is good. it near a lot attractions. the staff are friendly, this is a plus.
my room was small, i already know this when i booked. there also wasn't much storage for clothes though, this was a let down.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop has beautiful scenery. this, thank you.
i did notice the room had a tv hanging loose. the room design, in general, was poor. there was only space for a few t shirts.
