Everything was great from start to finish. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room was super clean, and I found the bed very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hotel's architecture and the unique details throughout.
The gym could use a few more free weights.

decent stay overall
beautiful architecture good location high noise dark room
i thought the architecture was beautiful. the location also worked well enough for me, slightly out of the midtown area. (i enjoyed the calmer surroundings)
the main issue i faced was the noise level. i could hear noise from the active restaurant and bar through the front door. the rooms were also dark since the building is surrounded by tight streets and high buildings.

lovely architecture warm staff
The architecture and services stand out. The staff provided warm and friendly service. I found the food and drinks at Le Gratin to be very good. I recommend this hotel to experience luxury without paying high prices.
I experienced disruptive noise from the active bar and restaurant. The noise could be heard through the front door.
