city viewfloor to ceiling windowsample storage
the double city view room was on a high floor. the views were very nice with floor to ceiling windows. the room was a good size, with plenty of storage for luggage. i slept well and barely heard the city outside.
the resort fee seems high considering the limited on-site amenities.

the hotel is super nice!!! i loved the soundproof windows. i could sleep peacefully even though i was right in the heart of everything. the location is very nice and the porters were very pleasant to me.
i noticed the hotel didn't have microwaves. i felt this was a bit of a miss considering the cost of the rooms. it would definitely add value .

the bathroom was modern and spacious!!! the shower was amazing and huge. i really liked the toiletries they provided. they were great quality. the bed was very comfy. everything was super clean.

lots of staff were around to help with elevators. they answered all my questions about getting around. sanchez, the security guy, was amazing!!! he always had a smile and was very helpful.

i stayed as part of a package and found its location ideal. it's close to times square and the subway making exploration easy. the hotel itself is modern and clean, a nice first impression. i liked the modern bathroom with its amazing shower and quality toiletries.
the check-in on level 11 got too busy sometimes. the reception space felt small for such a big hotel.

this hotel is in a very convenient place and is near many different tourist attractions that are popular. its proximity to the subway provides easy access to various parts of the area and is a very good experience.

the shower was very nice. i liked its size.
The check-in staff were not friendly. elevator key fobs did not work consistently, i had to ask security for assistance repeatedly. there was also a lot of noise. The soundproofing was insufficient and i could hear street noise throughout the night.
