Mountain Creek Terrain Parks is for skiers and riders of all abilities. Guests can visit Mountain Creek Water Park 0.3 km away. Surf Hill offers an eight-lane racing slide. Multiple whoops along the slide and zero gravity drops propel riders to the finish. The resort prohibits drone use by the public. Mountain Creek Bike Park offers bike rentals from Scott and Rossignol Bicycles. Downhill mountain biking trails are designed for full suspension bikes with 5 inches of travel. Trails feature rocks, roots, logs, drops, and jumps. Snowsports School operates daily out of the Snowsports building in the Vernon base area. Summer brings a race every Thursday on a different section of trail, with results and karaoke afterparty following the lift closing at 7 PM.
Location and Access
The Appalachian At Mountain Creek is 60 km from Stewart Airport. Nearby landmarks include Mountain Creek Water Park (0.3 km), Wantage Dog Park (2.5 km), and Stairway to Heaven Trail (4 km). Guests should have a plan as to which way to go, with the easiest way down to their left. Underground parking is available for every guest. Additional vehicles should use the Resort parking across Route 94.
Services
Guests can bring their QR code to Guest Experience Ambassadors for easy pass pick-up. Private Event Rentals are available at Hawk's Nest for Holiday Parties, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Corporate dinners and lunches, or any other social gathering. Donation Requests will be accepted for events occurring between March and August. Private lessons are available for beginners and intermediate riders.
