I enjoyed the breakfast selection. It included both european and asian options! the staff was helpful and friendly, especially kim and her colleagues. the rooms were clean and tidied every day, a wonderful detail. the private beach was lovely.
The hotel gym was not up to par. the description was misleading, and several machines were out of order. i found the selection of free weights quite limited. This was disappointing, though.

The hotel is close to great restaurants. A convenience store and laundrette are nearby. it provides easy access to local amenities and services. this made exploring the area straightforward.

the resort grounds feature numerous tropical trees and flowers. a long sandy beach has a smooth entrance to the sea. beach towels are readily available , which removes the need to bring your own. a swing on the beach adds a charming touch to the overall beach experience.
i found hundreds of flying insects in the bathroom one morning. i informed the staff, and the issue was resolved by the time i returned from breakfast.

the friendly staff were nice! and the location was good enough.
The room felt so outdated, and it needed some serious maintenance. the bathroom was particularly bad. I noticed mold in the sink and dirt all over the mirrors. it was also disappointing that the bed sheets had stains on them. It just didn't feel clean at all.
