the staff WAS super helpful, especially tram nguyen. she provided four pages of local recommendations (SO HELPFUL!).
there was SOME noise from the street, but it wasn't excessive.

rooftop bar hotel staff
the rooftop bar has amazing views of the city! the hotel staff helped make my birthday special with a cake. they also arranged laundry for me. the bed in my executive beautiful room was very comfy.
The gym smelled of mould a bit. I hope they fix that soon.

thin wall inconvenient design
The breakfast buffet was quite acceptable.
The walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear furniture dragging noises from above, as well as knocking from neighboring rooms. Housekeeping staff were also noisy early each morning. They constantly slammed doors and shouted to each other. A single wall plug serviced each side of the king-sized bed. This felt very dated and inconvenient.
