Really good Service and Comfort

The staff was friendly (especially Sunny!), and their service was perfect. The breakfast included a welcome omelette station, a nice surprise to start the day. My room was always spotlessly clean, and it had everything I needed. I also had the chance to sample room service, it was prompt and delicious.

The gym machines were not all fully functional. Some maintenance is needed.

The breakfast was very good. It had a lot of selection.

I booked this place expecting a sky bar for a midnight celebration. I discovered upon check-in that they had a party with no room for me, unless I paid £300 for a table. The hotel then set off fireworks above my balcony, with hot debris coming down, what a joke.

the gym wasn't up to par. some equipment was broken when i was there and it wasn't huge anyway. also, the front desk staff asked me to write a review while i was standing there. i felt pressured and that felt pretty bogus.

the location was central and easy to navigate i appreciated that

the breakfast buffet was a disappointment i found the selection limited and not very fresh i also noticed that some items were not properly labeled the gym was quite small with very few machines there was only one treadmill and a couple of free weights it was often crowded
