Average stay. Some drawbacks.
small room delayed laundry service
The room felt smaller than expected, particularly given the hotel's overall rating. Breakfast was okay, but not excellent. I was also disappointed because the laundry service took longer than the timeframe the hotel quoted, so I had to rearrange my schedule a bit. The rooftop pool was very small and it was difficult to find an empty lounger during the day.
the hotel kept my luggage safe after i left it for a trip the bed had balloons and flowers staff showed genuine kindness food was delicious. jenny at the front desk responded quickly to messages. another front desk lady named cara saw me off upon departure.
i arrived quite late there was limited immediate assistance with luggage.

the staff were attentive and helpful assisting with various needs quickly. they arranged transport and gave good local tips making the overall experience seamless. i felt supported throughout my stay due to their care.

great location rooftop bar worn hotel bad smell
the location was great! it was an easy walk to the sites. i found good restaurants nearby, and train street was super close. the rooftop bar and pool were a great touch!
the hotel seemed a bit worn. it smelled not so good in some areas. i thought it needed some refreshing.

the staff was super friendly and eager to assist. the location is convenient and near many attractions. i appreciated the personal service. the restaurant provided a great experience, especially the buffet breakfast which was the best i had during my trip.
