fantastic getaway!
equipped kitchencomfortable bedclean suite
our two-bedroom suite was clean. it was spacious, and the beds were large. they were super comfortable too. we had an equipped kitchen, so we could make food! we also had breakfast in our suite.
i found that the hotel could use a little maintenance.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel is near a 7-Eleven and a few restaurants. I found the staff friendly and helpful. My suite was bright with a pool and beach views. The bathroom featured double-headed showers (loved those shower gels) and a double sink.
The food options were average. there was a cannabis vendor onsite (called The Herbalist) and some excellent local restaurants nearby.

The room design had thoughtful architecture, a highlight. I enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast served in the room plus a stocked kitchen with water.

The beachfront location had a comfortable dining area with easy. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the night markets. It took about 45 minutes to get to the main activity center of the island.

Staff members were warm, kind, and approachable. I learned that TK Tours is on one side. They organize excursions to nearby islands. It was very convenient they let you rent scooters right from the hotel.

underwhelming stay, some issues
clean roombad breakfastquestionable refund
the room was generally clean upon arrival, acceptable.
The breakfast was NOT good, even with options. we tried several menu items, but they just weren't tasty. also, the hotel said they would process my refund using only a bank transfer. I find this really questionable. i suspect they don't want to give me my money back.

The beachfront location was acceptable. The dining area allowed me to enjoy the sea breeze without direct sun exposure. (That was actually quite refreshing.)
The room I booked was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I noticed hair in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. I informed the reception, but the issue was not resolved promptly. I had to wait several hours for housekeeping to revisit the room. This delay and lack of initial cleanliness definitely affected my first impression.
