mixed experience

missing sauna small breakfast

the architecture was nice and gave a zen feel it was relaxing.

the spa was essentially a massage parlor it lacked a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi i think a 5-star hotel should offer these the road leading to the hotel had many potholes i damaged my vehicle driving over one near the hotel breakfast portions were too small for adults.

the staff was attentive. i also appreciated the well-prepared thai food. the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful selection.

the location was a bit isolated. walking between the facilities and my room was challenging because the hotel is on a hill. i had to request a golf cart for transportation.

friendly staff good breakfast shuttle schedule steep terrain

the staff showed friendliness upon my arrival. housekeeping kept the rooms super clean each morning. i found the breakfast good.

the shuttle bus schedule needs improvement because the hotel is far from attractions. i had to use taxis because the steep hills made scooter rentals unappealing. the restaurant felt generic with chalk signs that seemed out of place.

The GYM was a letdown. it had a bad smell, and the equipment was quite old. I expect more from a supposed 5-star resort! Our bed was uncomfortably HARD. The pillows were flat and hard too.

Quiet Getaway with Fine Views

The room had a balcony with sun loungers. The breakfast buffet included many options. The staff assisted with transport around the steep resort in carts. It felt luxurious because the staff was friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is located on a very steep hill and transport is needed to go to other locations.
