the rooms were bright. they were also clean. breakfast was lovely. the staff was fantastic. i found this place super clean.

the beds are most uncomfortable ever slept on. the blinds had no curtains so it was light very early. the street is run down. it is also unsightly.

The room included a smart tv with amazon prime. Netflix was also available for personal log-in. alexa was on the bedside, a very nice touch.

the shower was a bit small though it worked very well and heated up quickly.

i found the room very clean and modern. complimentary tea and coffee were available, as were toiletries and towels. simon, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating (this made a difference). i enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

i noticed the street looked run down. it was a bit unsightly. this is not the hotel's fault.

the location is fabulous. it is just a minute's walk from the beach and promenade. shops, pubs, and takeaways are a few minutes away. the center is a short walk along the front.

the host is friendly and accommodating. nothing is too much. you can clearly see he prides himself in his work. the hotel reflects care and consideration to ensure customers get the best experience.

simon greeted me upon my arrival and showed me to my room quickly. he offered me a parking space out back (i thought that was nice). the room had all the facilities i needed. everything was colour coordinated.

the beds were not very comfortable for me. i found no curtains, only blinds, so it was light early. the street outside felt run down, unfortunately.
