main market helpful staff small duvet uncomfortable pillows
The room had a great view of the main market square. Staff at the front desk helped organize all my trips and transport. It was really good. I enjoyed the large lounge and super bedroom. The hotel has lots of history.
The duvet was not large enough , for the bed. The pillows were not comfortable. I also noticed the continental options were limited at breakfast. They offered sweet cereals.

outdoor restaurant immaculate cleanliness
i stayed in the luxury suite main market square view for three nights the room featured immaculate cleanliness water and toiletries were replaced each day the staff provided two tokens daily for coffee at the outdoor restaurant.

friendly reception large lounge
the reception was efficient and friendly i received a great greeting. we asked for connecting rooms and they were lovely with a large lounge and super bedroom.
the hotel heating was quite noisy during the night

efficient staff damage deposit
i stayed in a luxury suite. the daily towel replacement was a plus. the front desk staff handled requests efficiently.
The hotel collected a deposit for potential damages. I found that unusual for a hotel of this standard.
