broken air conditioning fluctuating temperature
The room was not up to par. the air conditioning did not work, a MAJOR issue . i reported it, but it was never fixed and i wasn't moved to another room. I was just given a fan. the bathroom also felt a bit old and the shower's water temperature fluctuated constantly.

Divine Stay, A Haven of Charm and Comfort!

The staff were kind and helpful. They assisted me with every request. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with extra space and wonderful décor. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. The experience was heavenly.
The breakfast service experienced delays one morning, requiring a 25-minute wait, and some buffet items were unavailable, it was disappointing.

The breakfast WAS AMAZING (especially the pastries!). The staff were super professional AND friendly . I appreciate that.
The room had large ceiling windows. The blinds were hard to reach (I had to climb on the bed!). I found a random metal stick in the cupboard.

really good service perfect location modern room delicious breakfast
the staff provided such really good service, especially at reception! the location was perfect, very convenient to everything. the room was so clean and modern, i really liked it. the breakfast was delicious, a real treat to start each day!!!
the kitchen smells did drift into the corridors a bit sometimes.
