underwhelming stay despite nice decor
small room street noise
I was a bit disappointed with my room. it was smaller than i expected, especially for the price. also, the noise from the street kept me awake a few nights. I could hear traffic quite clearly, even with the windows closed. i think the hotel could benefit from better soundproofing.

empty pool skilled staff local spirits
the gym, sauna, and pool were completely empty when i went on sunday morning!!! the bar was excellent too, with super skilled staff. i really appreciated that the bar had a great selection of local spirits. the bartenders were super knowledgeable about the ingredients in each drink.
the interior design was slightly dated, to my taste at least.

a luxurious city escape
patient staff clean van excellent staff
the hotel staff were attentive. a ride to warsaw was arranged quickly. the staff were very patient, they showed my friend several rooms. she had a hard time to choose a room, but the team helped her.

The location is quite convenient. The hotel's services impressed me. Breakfast featured a wide selection of both savory and sweet items. The bar provided excellent service and products. I appreciated this detail.
