I found that this hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, and a shopping center. It also has secure parking at the back. I found the room spacious and clean. They were very friendly, reliable.
The soft surfaces are not in great condition.

The staff members were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The reception staff went out of their way to assist me. The servers in the Crest restaurant were very attentive and helpful.

the hotel is close to a shopping center, useful. the staff were efficient when i requested an extra cot for my child. i had a spacious room with views of the pool and the ocean. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection.
the hotel could use some updating, as some areas felt slightly worn.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions and the beachfront (especially for morning walks). I found the room service to be both prompt and the food quite tasty.
The air conditioning unit in my room made an intermittent noise during the night. This disturbance impacted my sleep quality.

the staff was friendly and mostly responsive to requests.
The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed several stains on the furniture. the air conditioning was also very noisy making it hard to sleep. i also found the breakfast disappointing, with stale cereal and too many flies around the food.

the location was special.. close to everything i wanted to see. the room was super clean with all the amenities i needed. i especially liked the multiple dining options available. the staff assisted with every request.
i noticed the hallway carpeting had a few minor stains, though this did not affect my room.

i found the breakfast selection quite generous, i appreciated the fresh melon and watermelon. the restaurant location offered a wonderful sea view from the veranda. i found the room clean, and the bed comfortable..
i observed that the hotel was somewhat dated. i noticed the need for updates to soft surfaces like chairs and carpets. the towels in the room seemed worn, suggesting they could benefit from replacement.
