MyPond Hotel provides rooms with amenities for a comfortable stay. Each room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a kettle. Some rooms include a seating area. The suites include a sofa bed for children. Each room provides a flat-screen satellite TV and an iPod docking station. A Family Room offers ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a tea/coffee maker. Bathrooms feature showers and free toiletries. Some rooms offer views of the river, as well as garden furniture on a terrace.

MyPond Hotel provides South African cuisine with a contemporary twist at its á la carte restaurant, which overlooks the banks of the Kowie River.
