the staff helped us with everything they could. our room had an ensuite toilet which i found useful. the location was convenient with amenities nearby. i could easily reach the train station.

the room had an unpleasant odour when i arrived. the furniture was worn for instance a side table was leaning. one window was cracked and needed repair. the room differed from the pictures online.

The location was very convenient, as it was near the station. I found a food shop nearby, very useful (a real lifesaver). The room was equipped with table fanswith a welcome relief during the warmer days. The staff were friendly and provided assistance when needed.

The sound isolation could be improved, as street noise was noticeable at times.
