The location was good i thought. The heating worked well I found, so i wasn't cold. hot water was readily available for baths and the hand basin I noticed.

The room i was given had a dodgy door lock. There was also work still to be completed inside I could see. I SAW mold spores growing at the top of the bathroom walls. The cupboard under the sink was very damp TOO, with moldy particles in it.

the room i stayed in did not quite match the photos online. the curtains were broken, actually hanging loose from the rail. i found a cockroach in a drawer... the noise level was high at times.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. Free parking was available, a definite plus. I found free internet access, including Netflix, on the television.

I found no toiletries in the bathroom . There was no soap or toothpaste available. The toilet was unused and the radiator provided very little heat.

The staff was willing to help. One employee offered to carry my suitcase upstairs (and it was quite heavy!).

The room had issues. I found the general cleanliness lacking. Plus, there were questionable stains on the bed sheets

The shared bathroom was kept clean. My room had enough space for all my belongings. The staff member carried my suitcase. This was very helpful after my long day.

The sink in my room had a leak. I could not use it. This was a significant inconvenience .

The staff were kind . One staff helped with carrying my luggage to my room. This assistance made a big difference for me.
