The provided breakfast was really great. The location was also quite convenient. It made it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants.
The room size was smaller than I had expected, made moving around a bit difficult. the Wi-Fi signal in my room was unreliable at times. It made working remotely a challenge.

the breakfast offered good value for money.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days less so.. additionally, the roads near the location are very tight, presenting a challenge for parking and maneuvering a vehicle. seagull activity also poses a threat to vehicles.

I found the room immaculate, with daily service that ensured all amenities were replenished. The inclusion of a full-sized refrigerator in the room was very useful. The location provided easy access to the beach and town. I could walk there easily. The breakfast was very good, prepared with care by the owners.
The exterior signage appears a little worn, which could use some updating.

the room included a fridge it was a bonus.
i found the daily visits for restocking a bit much. also, the walls seemed quite thin i could hear everything next door. the lack of soundproofing disrupted my sleep.
