The room was spacious and had a large bathroom. It included all the amenities i could require. the breakfast was great. I enjoyed many choices.
the access road had BADLY pot holed areas. i also noticed the entrance road was NARROW.

I stayed in the bramble suite. The location was beautiful, nestled in the woods. it was very quiet. the suite itself was high quality, with a big bed and nice bathroom. i appreciated the private terrace with seats and a table.
The access road to the hotel has badly pot holed. the road needs repair. It was an inconvenience.

the hotel is tucked away in the woods outside of cromer. it is a short drive to the town and beach. the area provides a tranquil and secluded setting, away from the hustle of everyday life.

I stayed in the Sycamore Suite. It had great views of the woodland. Breakfast included three courses. The setting felt secluded and peaceful.
The track leading to the hotel contained potholes. I had to drive carefully. The pool seemed to have a film on the surface. The sauna did not work either.

the hot tub outside was very good.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. i noticed strong smells coming from the furniture and bathroom. These possibly included sewage or drainage issues. it seemed the room had not been cleaned recently as i saw grime and dirt everywhere.
