Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room decor was modern. (I especially liked the lighting.)
I had issues with the air conditioning. It was not working properly, and the room became uncomfortably warm. There was also a noticeable sewer smell near the reception area, which sometimes permeated the rooms. the experience did not justify the price of the room.

The breakfast was fine. The selection seemed standard.
the gym was disappointingly small and lacked proper air conditioning. it felt more like a sauna than a workout space! there were no towels or water provided.
