The location is excellent. Everything i needed was nearby. my double room was spacious and perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable! there was ample space in the bathroom, and the shower worked very well, which i appreciate. the kettle and the provided coffee and tea in the room were very convenient.

the lack of information about hotel amenities was noticeable, as i only discovered the lounge on my last day. i think some additional details could be added.

There are many restaurants and bars close by the hotel. This makes dining out very easy. the bar is perfect for evening drinks before dinner and for people watching. It's a nice space. the proximity to various dining options is a plus.

The reception staff was very nice. the cleaning services were perfect, i found everything so well kept! the welcome was very friendly and helpful which i greatly appreciated. the staff assisted me with my luggage. They were helpful.

The room had a balcony. It was a great room, very light and airy and very spacious. the beds were very comfy. I slept very well. my twin room was very clean and everything looked new. It was modern.

my double room provided ample space and perfect cleanliness. the bed was quite comfortable. i appreciated the bathroom's spaciousness and the shower worked very well.. the room also included a kettle plus coffee and tea.

the noise from nearby pubs was noticeable late into the night. it made getting a full night's sleep a bit difficult.

The noise from nearby pubs was quite loud late into the night. Earplugs didn't really help much at all. sleeping was difficult, especially with street noise at 50 decibels.

The breakfast WAS pretty underwhelming! the yogurt tasted cheap, and the fruit selection was just poor apples most days. The cooked breakfast seemed like it was prepared way in advance, it sat on hot plates that didn't even work. Overcooked scrambled eggs tasted like rubber, it was really frustrating.
