Heavenly Getaway
sea view friendly staff convenient location excellent food
The sea view room I booked offered an amazing perspective (i loved it so much!). The staff members were very friendly. They provided excellent service. The hotel's proximity to local bars and restaurants added convenience to my stay. I found the food to be excellent, especially at breakfast.
The pool closed quite early each day. It would have been nice if it stayed open later.

My room featured two separate sinks and a spacious rainfall shower. It was great. Beach towels were provided, a nice touch. The room included air conditioning with individual climate control.

quiet location friendly staff spacious room
The hotel's location is quiet. The sun shone all day there. The staff (aitor and camila for example) were friendly. Breakfast had a HIGH quality. The room was spacious. It included a comfortable bed and a great view.
I found the room photos to be a little misleading.

stylish decor room service airport shuttle
i found the hotel to have a stylish decor throughout i appreciated the attention to detail such as the coffee machine in the room i also liked the availability of services like laundry and room service the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport and massages in the spa.
i noticed that the maintenance staff began cleaning the grounds early with loud equipment it was around 8-9 am and it was impossible to sleep in.

amazing stay!
comfy bed automatic blinds
I stayed in room 206. It was huge. the bed was extra large and comfy. the bathroom included a separate dressing area and a large shower with good power. super soft towels were provided. automatic blackout blinds ensured perfect darkness and a gorgeous view over the sea and mountains was visible in the morning.
i noticed the photos are a bit misleading. the rooms have low ceilings and my room lacked a bathtub. i reported this, but resolution was delayed until after checkout. maintenance staff started cleaning early with loud equipment.

the room featured two large windows and patio doors opening to a balcony with a table and chairs. wardrobe space was plentiful, with a safe inside and lights activated upon opening. the tv allowed access to netflix etc.

the hotel is located a short walk from the main street. the position offers wonderful views across the bay. the area is generally quiet, particularly in rooms away from the street.

the pool area is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds . the sun deck overlooks the harbour, offering comfortable chaise lounge chairs. restaurant and bar services are available for added convenience.

no privacy early disturbance
the breakfast was quite good with many options. there was a lady who was very friendly when serving tea and coffee.
my room faced directly into the pool area. i had no privacy because of this. the maintenance staff started cleaning the grounds very early. leaf blowers made it impossible to sleep in.

low ceilings misleading photos
breakfast selection was acceptable.
the photos were misleading, because our room had uncomfortably low ceilings. there was no bathtub, even though the listing showed one. maintenance staff started cleaning with loud equipment at 8 am, impossible to sleep in.
