really good service amazing room ideal location high quality food
the staff offered really good service, especially nuria and lydia who welcomed me. the room was amazing and clean. the location was ideal , centrally located with plenty of nearby restaurants. the breakfast had a wide choice of high quality food and the bartender made excellent drinks.

The location was perfect. It was right in the city center. the pool and rooftop felt so cozy. i could walk everywhere. It was amazing.
The evening meal was expensive. It felt mediocre compared with nearby restaurants. i only ate there once, and that was too much. the wine waiter was unprofessional, pushing expensive wines.

the room was a beautiful room spa access. the location is nearby shops and restaurants. breakfast offers many options and is well prepared.
the elevator was a bit slow, it sometimes took a while. the gym is small, and it only has a few machines. some noise came from the street, it was difficult to sleep.

Really good Stay with Amazing Staff!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the local choices. Daniela and Joaquim at the front desk gave super good assistance. They helped us with reservations and offered suggestions for sightseeing tours around the entire island. The rooftop plunge pool was lovely, and I enjoyed resting on the sun loungers after walking around all day.
The evening meal was expensive compared with other restaurants nearby.

The spa was very nice and I enjoyed taking a quick break in the sauna. I also enjoyed the steam room before I took a dip in the pool. The water jets and waterfall were a nice touch!!!

The location was amazing!!! The hotel is close to all shopping and dining. I took a taxi from the airport, and it cost around 20 euros including the start tariff.

Our room was lovely and impeccably clean. It featured huge windows and a large bathroom. The bathroom included a sizable shower and two sinks. The bed was comfortable.
