Most double rooms overlook the town, and some overlook the gardens. The family room has one double bed and a single bed; a second child can be accommodated (subject to availability). Spacious rooms have a king-size bed and individual decor.

The Grill Restaurant serves full English breakfasts and evening meals. The contemporary Below Decks restaurant offers menus for all budgets. The Grill offers British cuisine à la carte. Chef's offers a daily 'Meal Deals' menu, which includes Curry Mondays, Chilli Tuesdays and Beer & Burger Thursdays. A sirloin or rump steak is served with all the trimmings and a bottle of house wine for £27.99 per couple. There is also a bar for drinks and snacks.
