The room was a Singular Room Terrace, it had a nice private terrace. The hotel booked taxis for us and recommended local restaurants. Staff members were very cute upon our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants.

The lighting in the bathroom WAS not great for makeup application, as you have to hold the magnifying mirror. The nightstands were too small. The faucet was also too small for the sink.

The room i got didn't match the pictures. It was disappointing. it was way smaller than expected, and the layout felt cramped. the sink faucet was also oddly sized. the night stands were tiny, and i barely had space for my things. it wasn't what i expected for this kind of hotel.

Very nice Hotel Experience!

The staff was super helpful. Aletha delivered excellent service. The building has character, it dates back to 1874. The hotel is set back from the city center in a quiet street, it's still within easy walking distance of the key attractions.

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best for applying makeup because I had to use the magnifying hand mirror.

There were many food options close to the hotel. I ate at AMA, it had fantastic contemporary tapas dishes. The Merchant is an upmarket steak and seafood restaurant, I can confirm!!!

The hotel is centrally located with great touches! It is minutes from the main shopping area. A lovely little bar called Glops is just around the corner from the hotel, it's super convenient.

charming hotel experience

great location friendly staff

I loved the hotel's location. It was near many restaurants and shops. the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, offering suggestions. i will certainly stay there again. It had everything i needed. the rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

The sink faucet in my room was too small for the sink. It made washing hands difficult. also, the drawers in the cupboard were low, and there were only a few. i found that to be an inconvenience.
