helpful staff very nice view unorganized service no room service
the helpful staff provided an very nice view from breakfast.
the service felt unorganized, and there was non-existent service at the lounge in front of reception , which was A surprise. there was also no room service or service at the pool.

quiet atmosphere helpful staff
the hotel is set in a beautiful converted house. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere near the swimming pool.. it was a restful location. i found the staff very kind and helpful.
