The staff were hospitable, and contacting them was easy. I received quick replies. A staff member gave helpful advice about local restaurants. The room was luxurious. The bed was comfortable, and I liked having a kettle. The courtyard created a nice atmosphere.

the staffs advice on were to eat was very helpful. the room was luxurious and the bed was comfortable. it was nice I had a kettle in my room to make tea.

it was over 25 degrees outside, so that was hard. i got a fan but it just circulated warm air, thats annoyin.

the room was smaller than expected. the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, i think there was no proper ventilation. this made using the toilet quite unpleasant, especially first thing in the morning.
